On 16 September 2026,NERSA participated at a Customer Education workshop in Cookhouse, the Blue Crane Local Municipality, Eastern Cape. Other stakeholders participating in the workshop included the National Financial Ombud (NFO), Eastern Cape Office of the Consumer Protector, Pension Funds Adjudicator (PFA), Coega Development Corporation (CDC), National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS), National Credit Regulator (NCR), and Letsatsi – Finance and Loans
