On 25 February 2026, NERSA honoured the invitation from the Free State Premier’s Office at Matsikeng Village in the Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality to conduct a customer education workshop. Other stakeholders in attendance included the Free State Consumer Protector’s Office, the South African Revenue Service (SARS), and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), among others.
